Report On Element Basis

All the topics under the report menu except Select Reports and Quantity Report give reports according to the related topics. E.g. if only the Beam Design results are to be taken, Beam RC should be clicked from the Reports menu.

To sign or not the report cell in the Story Parameters dialog under the report menu is important. If the related story is signed, that means that the members in that story will be included in the report. E.g. in a three story project, let the report column for the 1st and 2nd stories be signed and for the 3rd story be not signed. If you now click Column RC report from the reports menu, the report generated will only include the column RC results in the 1st and 2nd stories.

The report will be displayed under the ideREPORT program page by page. If the printer is ready, click Print from the Print menu. Click OK from the appearing dialog. The project output will be printed out.

Click Save from the File menu. Write a filename and click OK. The report will be saved.

The Select Reports option under the report menu provides reporting the selected report options and printing them out in once.

Inkjet or Laser printers should be preferred because the outputs are printed graphically. The dot printers have poor productivity. Moreover the printer driver should be loaded to Windows.
