Click the Free Dimension button from the toolbar, or Free Dimension from the Dimension submenu under the Draw menu.
Left-click the points to be dimensioned manually.
Click the right button of the mouse.
Draw the dimensioning line by giving two points on the drawing area.
The free dimensions will be generated.
