Click Change Object Layer from the edit menu.
Left-click an object on the drawing area and then right-click.
Change Object Layer dialog will be displayed.
The blue-signed layer name, is the layer of the selected object. If you select
another layer from the list that will be the new layer of the object.

| If you select more than one objects and these objects belong to different
layers, when the dialog is displayed no layer will be blue-signed. When you select
a layer and click OK all the selected objects will be appointed in this layer.
