Arc Wall
The Arc Wall command is used to draw walls by the center-radius-angles
technique. The wall drawing is performed by determining first the center, then the
radius and finally the arc angle.
Click Draw/Entities/Wall/Arc Wall.
Left-click a point on the drawing area to determine the center of the arc wall
segment to be drawn.
Left-click another point to determine the arc radius. During the determination
of radius you can use the L cell on the co-ordinate box. (Press L from the
keyboard at this step, enter radius in terms of meters, press enter and click any
point on the drawing area. The radius will be as much as the value you entered.)
Move the mouse cursor counter-clockwise. The preview of the wall being drawn
will move depending on the motion of the mouse. You can change the definition
axis of the wall (top-middle-bottom) at this stage by pressing the space-bar from
the keyboard.
Left-click a third point to complete wall drawing. At this stage you can
determine the arc angle again using the co-ordinate box. (Press A from the keyboard,
enter the angle value in degrees and press enter. Then left-click any point on
the drawing area.) Press Esc from the keyboard or right-click and click Cancel
from the appearing menu to exit from the arc wall drawing mode.
